Rotator Manschette pathology is one of the most common diseases of the musculoskeletal system, while the treatment and management of this pathology is complex. In some cases, there are gaps in knowledge, as they relate to clinical signaling algorithms and waiting standards. In other cases, there are many treatment options for patients [34]. An evidence-based consensus is therefore needed in the event of an agreement.

Current clinical care for patients in Canada is due to long wait times, variations in quality and access to care, inefficient use of health resources, lack of coordination between disciplines and professional specializations, and physicians who are not sufficiently trained to deal with musculoskeletal problems [35-40]. The development of algorithms and decision-making sets for treatment provides a progressive sequence that improves the quality, consistency and coordination of care throughout the continuum of care. This reduces costs by minimizing wait times. Reduces inappropriate use of health resources; and optimizes patient outcomes [41, 42]. Although four consensual guidelines were identified in literary research, only Hopman et al. [15] contained algorithms to deal with shoulder pain in the Australian workplace. This study therefore called for the use of a modified Delphi method for the development of clinical management algorithms for patients who present in primary, secondary and tertiary health facilities. The modified Delphi method was also used to create consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with bodyvalepathological rotary pathology. A detailed description of the Delphi method was included in this study to improve the quality of the final consensus directive and to give a degree of credibility to the development and choice of explanations [43]. To our knowledge, this is the first use and declaration of a modified Delphi method for the development of clinical signaling algorithms for patients with rotary sleeve pathology in the health field. Delphi technology is a method used to estimate the probability and outcome of future events. A panel of experts exchanges opinions and each independently transmits estimates and assumptions to a moderator who verifies the data and publishes a summary report.

Delphi technology has proven to be a reliable measurement tool in the development of new concepts and the direction of prospective research [26]. The technique requires the advice of a panel of experts to assess the scope of the agreement and resolve disputes on an issue [27]. It has been used to reach consensus on a number of topics, with several behaviours related to obesity and obesity [28,29,30,31]. A Delphi method of consensual development was used, including three rounds of investigation. In the first round, participants were asked to assess consent/disagreement with 77 statements in seven areas, which address definitions and approaches to the use of big data in the context of obesity research. Participants were also invited to present other ideas on these topics, which were added as new statements (No. 8) in the second round. In the two and third cycles, participants reassessed their evaluations against the consensus of the political groups. The final questionnaire is intended to support decision-making.
